Membership Fee:

As of September 1st, 2023 your membership dues are $40 for the entire year. This is a family membership so you do not need to pay per child. $40 covers the entire family!

Membership runs from July 1st to June 30th of the following year. All memberships expire on June 30th of the current school year and each family will need to renew annually. By submitting your membership you and your family are agreeing to the code of conduct and rules of our group. If you havnt’t yet, please read through those here.

Feel free to add all of your children from ages 1-19. Children 4 and under can all be added as Pre-K. This helps us get an accurate count of students and lets every child participate no matter the age. All are welcome!

PLEASE NOTE: The grade level you select on the membership form will be the grade level your child will be placed within the yearbook.

Once you become an official member and pay your registration fee, you can submit a request to join our Official CCHE Facebook page that will allow you the most updated info on events and other homeschool tips/encouragements. You will also meet other families and RSVP for events through the CCHE FB page. There is a short questionnaire to be approved to the Facebook group and we usually approve requests quickly after membership forms have been submitted.

We also have a Facebook page for any homeschoolers within the community that choose not to become members. It is the Davidson County Homeschoolers of NC group. This page offers tips, encouragement, community events for homeschoolers, and curriculum sales. We encourage you to join both groups.
